online event registration and payment

To celebrate the 200th hash of the Upstate Hash House Harriers, we are throwing a little party, taking place at:

HOTEL ROOM IS NOT INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION: There are a max of 25 rooms available for this event, 20 of them have been block reserved, so make your reservations ASAP. Room prices (including tax) are $35 for two people and $38 for three people... mix of smoking, non-smoking, king, queen, and two-fulls have been set aside. When making your reservation, please tell them you are with the Upstate Hash House Harriers to get the discounted rate.

Your hares for #200 will be Pink N Stink and I Do...For Now.

Registration is $30, and it won't change the closer it gets to hash day. The late-cummers just might be SOL on getting a room! Registration will include the hash (and beer until it runs out after circle), shirt, toe tag, and pizza for dinner. There are two quickie marts (as opposed to the quickies you can get that are walking the street there) to get additional booze, the one next door closes at 11pm, the one across the (busy) street is open 24 hrs.
