ALL SESSIONS ARE ROUGHLY ONE HOUR
at: Greenville Cycling Center Downtown in The Edge 801 Buncombe Street Greenville, SC 29601 864.630.3081 Session One--Baseline test including power data, HR data, cadence, speed. Recovery spin. This session is to establish each athletes Threshold Power and Heart Rate. This WORKS for beginners to advanced athletes! Session Two--Several Tempo intervals based on Session One test Session Three--We build on Session Two. More Tempo work but at Sweetspot power now and longer durations. Here's where the improvement really begins! Session Four--Now were getting really serious. You will do 45 minutes of sweetspot work in this session. Session Five--Be ready for some short, hard anaerobic work today to "cap off" what you've built in sessions 1-4! Session Six--We'll work hard at Threshold Power. Nothing like these intervals! Session Seven--More Threshold Power work capped off with some short anaerobic intervals. Session Eight--We'll warm you up with a solid 15 minute tempo interval then it's onto your Baseline test! We'll compare the data to Session One and likely see improvement! All session include sports drink, shower, data and review including uploading data files into your training account per request, real-time instruction, suggestions on positioning and bike fit. Heart rate and Power zones for you to use in your day-to-day training. Great for the new rider to advanced athletes! Bring your bike, two water bottles and a few towels and we do the rest! ***enjoy the motivation of 8 state-of-the art Computrainers and the other riders around you! ***No cars, road hazards, stops, dogs or bad weather!
