This 6-hour workshop provides tools for a lifetime of strength and flexibility. Learn to do the right stretches, in the right order, to ensure a routine that's making you stronger, rather than weaker. Discover ways to compensate for common body weaknesses that otherwise leave you unsupported under weight-bearing stress. This fun-filled class combines lecture, demonstration, and hands-on practice - and it's designed for individuals of all fitness levels who are in search of a healthier quality of life.

Bring a yoga mat or large towel. Wear loose fitting clothes and running or active wear shoes!!
