Leukemia Lymphoma Society

Come join us for a charity ride benefitting the Leukemia & Lyphoma Society (LLS).  This registration is for March 16, the 1st part of the Hemogoblin 100.  The Hemogoblin 100 is a 2 part, 2 day ride.  Part 1 is March 16 in Anderson SC (this registration), and Part 2 is March 23 in north Greenville County (separate registration).

This is the registration for only the first part of the "Hemogoblin 100",  Hemogoblin 100, Part 1.  2 options are available for March 16: 45miles or 30miles.

The ride will start and end at the Duckworth / Tucker Sports Park in Anderson, SC.  The ride will be supported with SAG, mechanic, and well stocked rest stops.  Since the pro riders ride rain or shine, so do we.  The course will tour some of the best road cycling routes in Anderson County.

The Hemogoblins are a group of 13 individuals motivated to fight blood cancers.  The goal of the Hemogoblins is for both of these rides to raise funds but also to raise awareness.  Funds raised will be donated to the LLS to support research and patient services for blood cancers.  Representatives will be at both rides to answer your questions about the Be the Match marrow registry and about becoming a donor.  For one of the Hemogoblins, who was diagnosed with AML in late 2011, the registry saved his life.  His only match – his only hope -- was an unrelated woman in Germany.  He was able to receive a stem cell transplant from her, and he is now cancer free.

Becoming a donor is literally saving a life.  For more information on Be the Match, go to:

Please support our mission, and join us for a great ride!
