Session One - *Threshold test *or complete a special Sweetspot workout
Session Two - Tempo club ride
Session Three - Long Threshold intervals
Session Four - VO2 Max and Sprint intervals
Session Five - Climbing steady state Gavia Pass
Session Six - Hill Attacks
Session Seven - Variable paced intervals
Session Eight - *Threshold test *or complete a special Sweetspot workout
**If prefer we will personalize your rides to a less than intense effort!

All sessions include sports drink, shower, data and review including uploading data files into your training account per request, real-time instruction, suggestions on positioning and bike fit. Great for the new rider to advanced athletes! Bring your bike, two water bottles and a few towels and we do the rest!

Class size: Eight spots available.


What's included: Power data with review, real-time instruction, suggestions on positioning and bike fit, sports drink.

What to bring: your bike, clothes and shoes, two water bottles and a towel. Participants have access to shower/changing room.
