Event Day Registration begins at 11:30 at the park center on 1/1/2013.

The Friends of Paris Mountain State Park bring you the 3rd Annual Polar Plunge on New Years Day 2013 at 1:13pm at Lake Placid in Paris Mountain State Park.

What better way to ring in the new year than to have soul-cleansing dip in the frigid waters of Lake Placid with a few hundred of your best friends?  Follow that up with delicious donuts and hot coffee, and hot chocolate from Leopard Forest Coffee.  All ages welcome.

All full price entrants will receive post-plunge hot beverages and doughnuts.  Long Sleeve Polar Plunge T-shirts will be available for $20 with limited supply.

A bunch of great local outfitters will be providing awesome prizes both for costume category winners and chance drawing.

All proceeds go to support the park.

This year is going to be bigger and even more fun than last year.  There will be prizes for best costume for Men, Women, Boys, Girls, and Team.

Entry Fees are as follow:
Adults: $10
Under 10: $5 (please type "Childunder10" into discount code field)

Event day registration is allowed.  T-shirts are available on a first come first served basis.

Long Sleeve T-shirts available for $20.  Limited availability so arrive early.
