Do I have to create an account to register for events?
No. go-greenevents.com allows you to register for events with out creating a username and password. However, the advantage of creating a login is that it will reduce the time it takes to register by storing your information on our secure server. For your protection we do not store your credit card information.
Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
Yes. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your registration is confirmed.
Is online registration secure?
Yes. The process uses a security technology called Security Socket Layers, or SSL, which encrypts your personal and credit card information. Your information is secure when the web site address on the top of your screen starts with https:// instead of http://
If I can't attend the event, can I get a refund?
Any decisions are left to the discretion of each event director. The event director is the only person who can issue a refund. go-greenevents.com does not issue refunds.
Can I register for a friend?
Yes. However, if someone else registers for you, each event participant must personally agree to any waivers at the event site. Prepare to be asked to sign a waiver at the time of packet pickup or event start.
What is your privacy policy on information supplied on the registration form?
go-green events provides the event director with participants' regisration information. go-green events does not share your information with any other parties. Your credit card is processed by First Data, the world's largest provider of merchant processing services and is secured by their infrastructure.
